Association for Industrial Archaeology (AIA)

The AIA is a national organisation for those interested in Britain's industrial past, bringing together those who are researching, recording, preserving and presenting the industrial heritage. It works with other amenity groups to protect Britain's heritage and monitors over 200 applications to alter or demolish industrial sites or buildings every year. It publishes a twice-yearly journal and a quarterly magazine, and holds regular conferences.
