Complete and issue contract administration forms
On a building project, the contract conditions require the designer to issue instructions and certificates as part of the administration of the contract. However the contract does not specify a particular format for these documents to take.
RIBA Enterprises offer a solution to this. They have published a range of standard contract administration forms for the main JCT contracts, guidance on using these forms. These are available in electronic format from NBS. NBS Contract Administrator contains the official RIBA forms, with synchronised guidance on screen.
