The National Home Energy Rating (NHER) Scheme provides an accurate and independent measurement of the energy efficiency of homes. A range of NHER software aids energy efficient building design, calculates energy running costs and details costs and savings of identified refurbishment measures. The NHER provides information on energy rating and a list of registered local assessors.
